もし、悪獣に囲まれて、鋭い牙や爪で襲いかかられようとしても、この観音の力を念ずれば、とっとと逃げ去ることでありましょう。 毒蛇や まむし、サソリが気毒を烟火のように吐いて襲ってこようとも、 この観音の力を念ずれば、声を聞くや、勝手に去ってしまいます。 雷がドカドカ鳴って稲妻が走り、アラレが降って大雨になろうとも、 この観音の力を念ずれば、しばらくしたら落ち着くことでしょう。 人々が大変困窮して、無量の辛い身が逼迫していようとも、 観音の妙智力は、よく、世間の苦悩から救ってくれるのです。 観世音菩薩は持てる神通力により、広く智の方便を修すことによって、 十方諸国、あらゆるところに身を現してくれます。 様々な諸々の悪や、地獄・鬼・畜生、 生老病死の苦も、すべて、ことごとく消滅してくれるでしょう。 観世音菩薩には、真観・清浄観・広大な智慧観、 そして、悲観に慈観があります。常に願い、常に礼拝してください。 無垢清浄の光があって、その明るい太陽は諸々の闇を破り、 災いの風や火を鎮めて、広く世の中を明るく照らしてくれるのです。 慈悲の戒は雷のように震い、慈しみ妙は大なる雲のように 甘露の法雨を地に澍いで、煩悩の焔を消し去ってくれます。 訴訟を経て官の処罰に受けることになり、軍陣の中にあって震える時も、 この観音の力を念ずれば、諸々の怨みはことごとく退散してしまいます。 妙音観世音に梵音海潮音、これらは、 あらゆる世間の音に勝るものです。これ故に、常に念じください。 ゆめゆめ、くれぐれも疑ってはなりません。観世音は浄聖にして、 苦悩死厄において、みなさんの頼りになる存在なのです。 観世音菩薩は、一切の功徳をそなえて、慈眼をもって人々を見ています。 福聚の海は無量なのです。ですから、まさに頂礼すべきなのです。 |

を降らして大雨を澍ぐも、かの観音の力を念ずれば、時に応じて消散することを得ん。 衆生、困厄

被りて、無量の苦、身に逼るも、観音の妙智力、能く世間の苦を救ひたまふ。
神通力を具足し、広く智の方便を修し、
十方 諸々の国土に、刹

として身を現さざること無し。種種

諸々の悪趣、地獄・鬼・畜生、生老病死の苦、漸く、悉く滅せしむ。
真観・清浄観・広大智慧観、
悲観、および、慈観。常に願い、常に瞻仰

すべし。無垢清浄の光ありて、慧日

諸々の闇を破り、能く災いの風火を伏して、普
（あまね）
く明かに世間を照らす。悲体の戒は雷震の如く、慈意の妙は大雲の如し。
甘露の法雨を澍ぎて、煩悩の焔を滅除す。

い訟えて官処を経、軍陣の中に怖畏（ふい）
せんに、かの観音の力を念ずれば、衆
（もろもろ）
の怨（あだ）
、悉く退散せん。
妙音観世音、梵音（ぼんのん）
海潮音、かの世間の音

に勝れり。この故に須（すべか）
らく常に念ずべし。念々、疑を生ずること勿れ。観世音は浄聖

にして苦悩死厄において、能く為に依怙と作

れり。一切の功徳を具し、慈眼をもて衆生を視、
福聚の海、無量なり。是の故に、まさに頂礼すべし。

若悪獣囲繞 利牙爪可怖 念彼観音力 疾走無辺方蚖蛇及蝮蠍 気毒烟火然 念彼観音力 尋声自回去
雲雷鼓掣電 降雹澍大雨 念彼観音力 応時得消散
衆生被困厄 無量苦逼身 観音妙智力 能救世間苦
具足神通力 廣修智方便 十方諸国土 無刹不現身
種種諸悪趣 地獄鬼畜生 生老病死苦 以漸悉令滅
真観清浄観 廣大智慧観 悲観及慈観 常願常瞻仰
無垢清浄光 慧日破諸闇 能伏災風火 普明照世間
悲体戒雷震 慈意妙大雲 澍甘露法雨 滅除煩悩焔
諍訟経官処 怖畏軍陣中 念彼観音力 衆怨悉退散 妙音観世音 梵音海潮音 勝彼世間音 是故須常念
念念勿生疑 観世音浄聖 於苦悩死厄 能為作依怙
具一切功徳 慈眼視衆生 福聚海無量 是故応頂礼

Even if you are attacked by fearsome beasts with sharp teeth and claws,
you shoud remind the power of Avalokitesvara
they shall quickly run away in all directions. Even if you are surrounded by poisonous snakes, pit vipers,
or scorpions attack you, spitting venom like fire,
you shoud remind the power of Avalokitesvara
they will go away on its own. Even if thunder rumbles, lightning strikes, and hailstorms fall,
you shoud remind the power of Avalokitesvara
it will calm down after a while. When people who are beset with many hundreds of troubles
and afflicted by many sorrows,
powerful knowledge of Avalokitesvara
all beings from there suffering. He has the divine power and by widely practicing the Dharma of Wisdom,
he appear in all directions and in all regions of the world. He is able to save us from all kinds of evils, hell demons, and can
extinguish the suffering of birth, aging, sickness, and death. He has the wisdom of true, pure, and expansive view,
and the compassionate view in the view of mercy.
That is why we always adore him and always pray to him. There is the light of purity, the bright sun that breaks through
the darkness, and he quenches the winds and fires of calamity and
brightly illuminates the world at large. The ethicss of compassion tremble like thunder,
and the compassionate precepts are like great clouds that pour down
the nectar of the Dharma rain on the earth.
That extinguish the flame of worldly desires. When you are punished by the government through lawsuits, or
when you are trembling in the midst of a military camp,
you shoud remind the power of Avalokitesvara
all your grudges will be dissipated. The supreme voice of Avalokitesvara
and the oceanic sound of Brahma,
these are superior to all sounds of the world.
For this reason, people should always keep the name in their mind. Never, never doubt. Avalokitesvara
He is the one you can count on in times of suffering, death, and misfortune. He has all the merits and virtues and looks at people with compassionate
eyes. The ocean of blessedness is limitless.
